PAST DEVELOPMENTS

This small development is housed in the picturesque village of Burbage, just a stones throw from Burbage Common, providing luxury and comfort to their residents.

Each home was completed to a high specification, featuring stunning countryside views and handmade oak porches to the entrance of each property. Natural slate roof tiles and traditional block paved driveways add to the executive feel of these properties.

This project was a re-build and conversion of a barn in a village centre; using sympathetic and well thought out materials to ensure its heritage was preserved.

Completed in 2022, a meticulous process was undertaken to restore, convert and extend this structure in a conservation area. The project involved restoring original features but adding a contemporary update including a fully glazed gable and vaulted ceiling, to provide a perfect balance between old and new.

A former industrial site that housed a steel fabrication factory in Fleckney was demolished and replaced with a small and tasteful residential scheme of 6 two and three bedroom semi-detached and detached houses which blended into the streetscape.

The scheme involved a carefully planned demolition phase ahead of the construction of the new homes which provided regeneration in this charming village.
